The appellant has not complied with the order dt. 21st November, 2016 passed by Hon’ble High Court. Eight weeks time was granted to deposit the amount which has not been deposited. One final opportunity is granted to the appellant to comply the same within four weeks otherwise the appeal is likely to be dismissed.
