Learned Counsel for the respondent pointed out that as the rent fixed towards the use and occupation charges from the month of January, 2017 by Tribunal’s earlier order has not been deposited by the appellant regularly. On the other hand the Learned Counsel for the appellant states that the same has been deposited with the respondent. We direct that if the compliances have already been made in view of order. The receipt on the next date of hearing by the appellant would be produced, in other case, the entire use and occupation charges shall be deposited on or before the next date.
