On the last date of hearing, the counsel for respondent was granted two weeks time to file the response to the affidavit submitted by appellant in support of revision of rent. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the present market rent of the subject property is about eight thousand and his client is unable to pay the amount of eighteen thousand for the said property i.e., 104, Park View Apartment, Sri Krishnapuri, Patna. He also submits that in case the respondent is insisting for the said amount, his client is prepared to give possession of the said premises to the respondent.
