A fresh appeal has been filed against the order dated 31^st May, 2017. In para 3 of the grounds of appeal it is mentioned that in various FIRs which were registered earlier, the acquittal orders have been passed in favour of the appellant except in FIR no. 140/2013 and now FIR was again filed the appellant has also been acquitted in FIR no. 140/2013. In nutshell, it is stated that the present appellant has been released in all the matters. The counsel for the respondent seeks some time to verify the position. Let the same be verified within three weeks.
