After filing the appeal the counsel for the respondent has issued the notice under Section 8(4) Act for taking the possession. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will verify the market rent of the said property where he is residing and file the affidavit on or before the next date. Let the affidavit be filed within two weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent. The respondent would also verify the same and inform us so that the appropriate order be passed. In the meanwhile status quo shall be maintained by both the parties.
