In view of the last order as far as the House built on Khata No. 767, Khesra No. 4911 & 4912 Mauza-Bodhnagar, P.S.-Halsi, Lakhisarai is concerned, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the nominal amount may be fixed by Tribunal and confirm the interim order passed on the last date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the appellant suggested that Rs. 500/- per month be fixed as user charges, which is acceptable to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Rs. 500/- per month are fixed towards the occupation charges of the said immovable property, which shall be deposited by the appellant with the Respondent w.e.f 1^st March, 2017 till the disposal of the appeal. The first installment is to be paid within two weeks from today.

As regard the movable property, the said aspect will be considered on the next date of hearing as the main arguing counsel on behalf of the appellant is not available.

List the appeal and stay application on 13^th July, 2017.
