Fresh appeal has been filed under section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 15^th July, 2016 passed by the Adjudicating Authority in OC. No. 567/2016. Issue notice to the respondent. The counsel for the respondent accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

In the meanwhile, the counsel for the respondent is directed to file the copies of the documents/pleadings which were available before the Adjudicating Authority for the purpose of making the submission at the time of hearing of the appeal.

The counsel for the appellant is pressing for interim relief as mentioned in the appeal and states that the notice under section 8(4) of the PMLA for taking the possession of the property has not been received to them. Similarly, the learned counsel for the respondent is not aware about the same, incase the notice is received by the appellant, he would have the liberty to press the interim relief whenever the respondent would file the reply.
