The cost in terms of order dated 6th December, 2016 has not been deposited by the counsel for the appellant. Counsel for the appellant submits that the cost shall be deposited with the respondent within two weeks from today. No one appeared on behalf of the respondent even on second call. It is reported by the Court Master that the train by which the authorized representative is travelling is delayed.
Similar position is there in some other cases also. The Competent Authority, Mumbai will look into the matter and ensure that the

interest of justice, matter is adjourned.
