The appellant has deposited the rental amount upto the month of December, 2016. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant undertakes to deposit the arrear of the rent as well as for current period within two weeks from today and his client shall also deposit the rent regularly on monthly basis till the appeal is finally decided.
We may clarify that in case the appellant shall not comply with the earlier order by depositing the said amount within the period of four weeks, the interim order passed in this matter also shall be treated as vacated.
