The last order has not been complied by the appellant. Rather, the appellant has filed a fresh application seeking modification of the last order. We have gone through the last order. We are of the view that the ground made in the fresh application are not tenable, hence, the application is dismissed.
“One final opportunity has been granted to the appellant to comply the order dated 11th April, 2017 in which the court has directed the appellant to deposit Rs. 5 lakhs without prejudice within four weeks from today”.
We may clarify, in case, the said order is not complied within four
weeks, the interim protection already granted, stands vacated.
