Learned counsel for the appellant has brought to the notice,
the order dated 06th September, 2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 7885/2017. The operative portion of the order reads as under:
“At this stage, Mr. Barqi states that the petitioner would deposit the amount, however, would require further time to do so. He also states that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs within a period of four weeks and the balance, subsequently.
