The counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant agrees to supply the paper book within two weeks at the office of learned authorized representative for the respondent. Even otherwise counsel for the appellant submits that the main counsel is in personal difficulty. He seeks an adjournment which is not opposed by the respondent.
