This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

<…to declare the action of the Respondents in failing to allot alternate property to the Petitioner instead of property admeasuring Ac 0 25 Cts in 150/1 and Ac 1 00 Cts in Sy No 107/5 Totaling to Ac 1 25 Cts situated at Tholapi Village 86 Post Ponduru Mandal Srikakulam District pursuant to Endorsement vide bearing Rc No 1596/2024E2 dated 13 11 2024 issued by the Respondent No 4 and Proceedings bearing Rc No 1373/2024/H dated 23 11 2024 issued by the Respondent No 5 as per se illegal manifestly arbitrary unreasonable unjust dehors jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands Prohibition of Transfer Act and A P Board Standing Orders and consequently to direct the Respondents to allot the same to pass such other order or orders...=

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The contention of the petitioner is that, in respect of re-allotment of patta, the petitioner submitted an application before the Tahsildar. pursuant thereto, the Tahsildar conducted an enquiry and submitted a report dated 01.04.2025. Thereafter, the Revenue Divisional Officer also submitted a report dated 10.04.2025 to the District Collector. As no further action has been taken on the said reports, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits

of the case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the application submitted by the petitioner along with the reports dated 01.04.2025 and 10.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
