The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

Heard Sri B.S.Venkat Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 07.01.2026 from respondent no.4 i.e. District Registrar, submitted that already basing on the complaint of the petitioner, notices were issued to all the concerned and after that the authorities would take appropriate action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the by recording said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition may be disposed of.

Considering and by recording the said submissions, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action after conducting detailed enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No

costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall also stand closed.
