Heard Sri M.Ravindra, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Sri R.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police completed investigation in FIR No.140/2019 of East Police Station, Tirupati, wherein, the petitioner No.1 was shown as accused on the report of the 5^th respondent. The investigation shows that the matter is of civil in nature, and therefore, they referred the case as ‘civil in nature’. In that view of the matter, police will not interfere with the dispute between the writ petitioners and the unofficial respondents.

The submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader

for Home are placed on record.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
