Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2^nd respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 seeking modification in 22-A list pertaining to the Agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.01 cents situated in Sy.No.470-2 of Kollaparru Village, Akividu Mandal, West Godavari District.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 2^nd respondent dated 27.01.2026 submits that the Joint Collector, West Godavari District, Bhimavaram issued proceedings dated 11.01.2026 with respect to the prayer of the writ petition for the subject land. The Joint Collector observed that, in the instant case, Section 27 of the Limitation Act, 1963 is not applicable since the land falls under Water body and as such, the petitioner cannot claim right over the subject land and cannot seek for deletion of the subject land from the prohibited properties list.

If the petitioner is aggrieved of the said proceedings of the Joint Collector, dated 11.01.2026, the same can be assailed in accordance with law, if so advised. The written instructions of the 2^nd respondent dated 27.01.2026, shall be made as part of the Court record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order
