This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;

“….to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the residential house in an extent 27.56 Ankanams or 184.349 Sq.Mts., situated in Sy.No.247/1 of Kondayapalem Village in Nellore Municipal Corporation Limits is illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and also in violation of Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the residential house in an extent 27.56 Ankanams or 184.349 Sq.Mts., situated in Sy.No.247/1 of Kondayapalem Village in Nellore Municipal Corporation Limits and pass….”
