The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in keeping the petitioner’s passport renewal application VJ1075905789625 pending as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to approach competent Criminal Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court below for seeking No Objection Certificate for renewal of passport, by filing an
