AP39WE1029, AP39WE1022 and AP39WF1164 which are of capacity of 14KL and now under the Adhoc Contract with Respondent no.3 as per Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dt.24-11-2025, though requested by the Petitioner to replace the same with three other new vehicles bearing Chassis Nos. MC2CAJR0UA146805, MC2CAJR0UA146806 8 and MC2CAJR0UA146807, by way of Letters dt.29-01-2026, 31-01- 2026 respectively, pursuant to the previous Letter dt.24-12-2025 sent through email, but refusing to accept for replacement by Respondent no.3 on the ground that the same will be permitted after one year from the date of Work Order as per the Reply e- mail dt.24-12-2025, dt.30-01-2026 and 31-01-2026 respectively, though such condition is not applicable since the Work Order is not yet given in favour of the Petitioner is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, inappropriate and in violation of the Fundamental Rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 14, 21, 19 (g) and Article 300A of the Constitution of India, (ii) consequently, to direct Respondent no.3 to Release the above mentioned three Tank Truck Lorries (TT Lorries) bearing NOS.AP39WE1029, AP39WE1022 and AP39WF1164 and by accepting the same with the three new Tank Truck Lorries (TT Lorries), and pass
