Aggrieved by the non-payment of bill amounts to the petitioner in relation to the completed works along with interest, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri Peta Gnana Teja, learned counsel for the petitioner and

Sri Thandav Yogesh, learned counsel for the respondent no.4.

Sri Thandav Yogesh, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 on instructions dated 29.06.2026 submitted that, the authorities have already paid the net amount to the petitioner after making statutory deductions and

GST portion, as such nothing remains for adjudication and prayed to close the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorities cannot hold the GST amount.

This court is not inclined to go into the aspect of payment of GST and interest, since the authorities have already paid the net amount to the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner

is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for recovery of GST amount and interest, if any. No costs.

Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
