ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the proceedings dated 11.12.2024 issued by the 2^nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Though the petitioner is seeking the impugned proceedings

as a rejection order, this Court is unable to see the finding in the said proceedings.

Hence, the impugned proceedings dated 11.12.2024 issued by the 2^nd respondent are set aside, and the respondents are directed to reconsider the application made by the petitioner.

If any certificates or relevant material are required, notice may be issued to the petitioner, and after obtaining the concerned certificates and providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, orders may be passed as per the guidelines or regulations, which are in vogue, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
