ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents/ contemnor for Contempt of Court for willful and deliberate disobedience in not comply the orders passed by this Court dated 05.08.2022 in W.P.No.24583 of 2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. B. Rama Sankar Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions would submit that the orders have been complied with by the Respondents and requested to close the Contempt Case.

Recording the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
