This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for nonimplementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 17867 of 2022 dated 28.06.2022.

After issuance of the notice on respondents, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit. Along with the said counter affidavit, the respondents have placed on record an endorsement dated 17.10.2022, wherein it is stated that the representation of the petitioner has been considered in compliance with the directions of this Court.

In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.17867 of 2022 dated 28.06.2022, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
