The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article

226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:

“….to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the Letter No.4963/D1-1/2021 dated 01-09-2021 issued by Respondent No.2 on the basis of GOMs No.65 dated 04.08.2021 as illegal and arbitrary and without jurisdiction r/w Art 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and consequently set-aside the same and pass…”

Sri K.S. Naveen, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through

virtual mode, submitted that, in view of the subsequent events that have taken place in the lis, more particularly the issuance of G.O.Ms. No. 100 dated 26.06.2025, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition to work out petitioner legal remedies as per law.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
