This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;

Following the said order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28619 of 2023 dated 16.07.2025, and for the reasons mentioned therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in the same lines. No order as to costs.
