Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the operation of impugned proceedings Rc.No.2281/A2/2025 dated 10.02.2026 of the 4TH respondent and the adhoc promotion order Rc.No.SPL/ZONE-IV/2025 dated 30.05.2025 in so far as it relates to the 5TH respondent and consequently direct the respondents not to allow the 5TH respondent to continue to function as Headmaster Grade-11 in Government High School for the Blind, Sankarapuram, Kadapa, and to restrain him from discharging duties of the said post and direct the respondents to forthwith entrust the current duties of Headmaster Grade-11 in the said school either to the senior- most eligible teacher possessing Special B.Ed. (VI) qualification or to the petitioner, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass
