Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly respondents 3, 4 and 6, at the instance of respondent Nos. 7 and 8, in insisting the petitioner to appear before their authority, yield and settle to the terms of 7th respondent, and vacate from his Agricultural Dry Land property of Ac 4.87 Cents comprising three pieces of Ac 2.89 Cents, Ac 1.18 Cents_and Ac 0.80 Cents respectively covered by Sy. The Court made the following ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent Nos.7 and 8, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent Nos.7 and 8, submits that pending Writ Petition, respondent No.7 has filed O.S.No.49 of 2022 on the file of the Court of VII Additional District Judge, Ongole, for partition.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner and the unofficial respondents to work out their remedies before the trial Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
