pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of respondents on petitioners' applications dated 22.05.2018, submitted for mutation in online web land revenue records in respect of their respective landed properties admeasuring an extent of Ac. 2.50 Cents each covered by S.Nos. 135-2A and 135-3B respectively situated in Rangasamudram Village, Gummagattu Mandal in Ananthapur District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and rules framed there under and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to mutate the petitioners' names in all online web land revenue records including Adangal Pahanies in respect of their respective aforesaid lands

Sri.Petluri Nagaraju, learned counsel, representing, Sri.Akula Venkata Sai Jagadeesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
