Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the impugned Memorandum dated 23.02.2026 in Rc. No. Al /APSPF / 60 / Seniority/2026 issued by the 2nd Respondent and the consequential continuance of punishment imposed vide proceedings dated 13.03.2019 quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal, unjust and voilative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to restore the Petitioner to the post of Head Constable with restoration of his original seniority dated 03.03.2011 as existed prior to the punishment proceedings dated 13.03.2019, consider him for all consequential promotions, and grant all attendant service, monetary and pensioner benefits including arrears of pay and allowances and pass
