Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or . direction declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the proceedings in Procs.No.20/2026 dated 10.02.2026 issued by the 5th respondent terminating the services of the petitioner as illegal arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of principles of natural justice I and contrary to Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and all consequential benefits and pass
