the action of the 3^rd respondent herein in refusing to renew petitioner's explosives license No.1 of 1984 under License Form LE5 for sale Fire Crackers vide proceedings in Roc. No. 294/2019/C, dated 30.10.2019 as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violative of fundamental rights particularly Art. 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to renew the license of the petitioner bearing No. 1 of 1984.
