Learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. P. R. Samyuktha, submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondents have issued Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of the lands covered in RS Nos.86/3 to an extent of Ac.0.15 Cents, 86/4 having Ac.0.09 Cents, 86/5 - Ac.0.47 Cents, 86/6 - Ac.0.13 Cents, 86/7 - Ac.0.16 Cents, 86/8 - Ac.0.36 Cents, 86/9 - Ac.0.32 Cents, 86/10 - Ac.0.62 cents, 86/12 - Ac.0.22 Cents, 86/13 - Ac.1.00 Cents, situated at Melupaka village of Doravari Satram Revenue Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

Learned counsel submits that, in view of this development, no further orders are required and requests that the Writ Petition be closed.
