Sri.Sk.Sardam Hussain, learned counsel, representing CH.B.R.P.Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Interim order granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
