Ms. P. Satya Haritha, learned counsel representing Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the pending writ petition the petitioners herein filed O.A challenging the action of the respondents before the lower Tribunal under Section 87 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, in which heard the matter and passed the order of status-quo. As such, no further orders are necessary and seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
