This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.12.2014 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.36344 of 2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that since the writ petition itself is allowed, the contempt case filed against the interim order dated 01.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36344 of 2014 cannot be enforced. Hence, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
