The Court made the following Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 5. The 6^th respondent filed counter affidavit but there is no representation.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already the petitioners have instituted O.S. No.595 of 2022 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle against the 6^th respondent and others seeking partition of the suit schedule properties in which the I.A. No.542 of 2022 was filed for grant of ad-interim injunction and the same was ordered by the trial court on 25.07.2022. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, as the petitioners already approached the civil court in the above said suit proceedings, they may be permitted to pursue the same by disposing of this writ petition.

In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners and the 6^th respondent to pursue the above said suit to work out their remedies by pursuing the above said suit proceedings. The petitioners are at liberty to seek necessary interim relief before the civil court if so warranted and advised. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated herein. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
