Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the 4^th respondent in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from his lawful possession in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.4.75 cents in Sy.No.652-1 situated at Nyamaddala Village, Chennakothapalli Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, without issuing any notice and without following the procedure contemplated under the Statute.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4^th respondent submits that no action has been taken on the above subject land as no representation is received from anybody against the land as per the RSR GD(….) in Sy.No.652-1 to an extent of Ac.4.75 cents in Nyamaddala Village and no correspondence has been made by the 4^th respondent with respect to the above subject land.

In view of the above said specific instructions of the 4^th respondent, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as

to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
