Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT of MANDAMAUS aggrieved by the action of Respondents in interfereing with Petitioners Possession and enjoyment and ownership of their Patta Lands to an extent of Ac 2.45 Cents in Sy No 1441/1 and Ac 1.45 Cents in Sy No 1310/5 of 1St Petitioner, with respect to 2nd Petitioner an extent of land in Ac 1.95 Cents in Sy No 1443/5 and with respect to 3rd Petitioners land in Ac 1.75 Cents in Sy No 1441/4 situated at Nallammollapalli village, Nallammollapalli village, Pothapolu Revenue Village, Madanapalle Revenue Division, Annamayya District and trying to dispossess the petitioners in without following any procedure under law and forced to vacate the land without issuing any notice and without acquring the petitioners land which is highly illegal, unjsut, arbitrary and contrary to law and violations of Principles of natural Justice and contray Articles 300- A, 14 and 21 if Constitution if India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with petitionr peacefull possession and enjoyment and ownership of the aforesaid Lands to an extent of Ac 2.45 Cents in Sy No 1441/1 and Ac 1.45 Cents in Sy No 1310/5 of 1St Petitioner, with respect to 2nd Petitioner an extent of land in Ac 1.95 Cents in Sy No 1443/5 and with respect to 3rd Petitioners land in Ac 1.75 Cents in Sy No 1441/4 situated at Nallammollapalli village, Pothapolu Revenue Village, Madanapalle Revenue Division, Annamayya District and pass

The Court made the following Order:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners’ possession, enjoyment and ownership of their Patta Lands to an extent of Ac.2.45 Cents in Sy.No.1441/1 and Ac.1.45 Cents in Sy.No.1310/5 of the 1^st petitioner, with respect to the 2^nd petitioner to an extent of Ac.1.95 Cents in Sy.No.1443/5 and with respect to the 3^rd petitioner to an extent of Ac.1.75 Cents in Sy.No.1441/4 situated at Nallammollapalli village, Pothapolu Revenue Village, Madanapalle Revenue Division, Annamayya District and trying to dispossess the petitioners without following any procedure under law and forced to vacate the land without issuing any notice and without acquiring the petitioners’ land.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 04.01.2026 submits that the petitioners are not being dispossessed from the subject lands as alleged by the petitioners and the writ petition is premature one and without any cause of action.

In view of the above said specific written instructions of the 4^th respondent, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, it is made clear that, if so warranted for any public purpose, the respondent Nos.2

to 4 shall deal with the subject land, strictly in accordance with law. The written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 04.01.2026 shall be made as part of the Court record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
