“ The above FCA is filed by my client, Yadala Srujana, impugning the judgment dated 18-10-2019 passed in FCOP No.1722 of 2018 on the file of Judge Principal Family Court Cum IV Additional District Judge Vijayawada. During the pendency of the above case, the parties to the proceedings have settled all their disputes out of court. In view of the above, my client instructed me to withdraw the FCA No.23/2022.
