The Court made the following ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned III Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Rajampet, to dispose of IA No.224 of 2021 in OS No.7 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff submits that the petitioner/plaintiff filed O.S.No.7 of 2021 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Rajampet, for partition of plaint schedule properties into 4 equal shares by metes and bounds considering the good and bad conditions of the plaint schedule properties and allot one such share to her and also grant permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men and agents from alienating the plaint schedule properties and from raising construction in the plaint schedule properties, and in the said suit, she also filed I.A No.224 of 2021 seeking temporary injunction by restraining the respondents/defendants, their men and agents from alienating the petition schedule properties and from raising construction in the petition schedule properties till disposal of the suit. It is submission that though the said suit and the I.A. were filed in the year 2021, even after lapse of five years,

the Court below did not dispose the said I.A. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said IA pending in the aforesaid suit.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, since the Interlocutory Application is of the year 2021, the learned III Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Rajampet, is directed to dispose of I.A No.224 of 2021 in OS No.7 of 2021, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
