This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, to dispose of suit in OS No.32 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant submits

that the respondents/plaintiffs filed O.S.No.32 of 2021 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, seeking the reliefs of specific performance of agreement of sale, deliver the possession and for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from alienating the suit schedule property. In the said suit, the third parties filed I.A.No.355 of 2025 under Order I Rule 10 read with Order VI

Rule 17 CPC seeking them to add as petitioners, the same is pending. He further submits that the petitioner is a Senior

Citizen, aged about 65 years, and he is entitled to a speedy trial under prevailing judicial guidelines. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said suit expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and as the suit is of the year 2021 the petitioner is a senior citizen, without going into the merits of the case, the learned II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S No.32 of 2021, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
