The Court made the following ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2019 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur seeking to declare marriage between her and the respondent held on 9.12.2016 as voidable marriage on the ground that the marriage has not been consummated owing to impotence of the respondent and not binding on her. It is his submission that the said O.P. was filed in the year 2019 and the matter has been pending for more than six years, causing grave hardship, mental agony and irreparable prejudice to the petitioner. Hence, he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said H.M.O.P. expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, since the HMOP is of the year 2019, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2019, in accordance with law, as
