Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the common order dated 02.01.2026 passed in I.A. Nos.485 of 2025 in O.S. No.252 of 2005 by the Learned Principal Junior Civil Judge (Junior Division), Piler in the interests of justice.

The revision petition is filed against the order dated 02.1.2026 in I.A. No.485 of 2025 in O.S. No.252 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Piler.

At the time of considering the matter, learned counsel for the respondents / Caveators placed a copy of the judgment dated 16.2.2026 dismissing O.S. No.252 of 2005. In view of the same, the cause does not survive for adjudication.

The Civil Revision Petition is, therefore, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
