Sri R. Lakshmikar, learned counsel representing Sri G.R. Sudhakar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, submitted that a memo dated 21.01.2026 is filed before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case. It is stated therein that the revision petitioner, by letter dated 18.01.2026, expressed that he is not interested in prosecuting the present Criminal Revision Case and requested that necessary steps be taken to withdraw the same. The said letter dated 18.01.2026 is also filed along with the memo. The memo dated 21.01.2026 is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel representing the revision petitioner sought

permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case.

3. Permission is granted.
