When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the Orders of this Court dated 11.09.2025 in W.P.No.19722 of 2025 were complied with and the Petitioner was paid the amounts he is entitled to.

In view of the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed as the amounts due to the Petitioner was paid. In the event, the Petitioner has any dispute with regard to the payments disbursed by the Respondents, it is open for the Petitioner to file a separate Writ Petition.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
