Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 2 in Dividing the agricultural patta land of the petitioner in R.S.No.81/1 to an extent of Ac.1-76 cents and R.S.No.83/1 to an extent of Ac.1-54 cents total extent of Ac.3-30cents situated at Ramaraju Palem, Guduru Mandal, Krishna

District as house plots without due process of law is illegal, arbitrary and voilative article 14 and 300-A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent not to Divide the agricultural patta land of the petitioner by disposing him from the above mentioned lands and pass such other orders.
