Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order of direction and call for the records relating to the impugned order vide R.C.No.24/2005/A, dated 12.10.2020 passed by the respondent No. 4 and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary and uncalled for and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of an extent of Ac.1.37 cents in Sy.No.18/2 situated at Madhuravada Village, Visakhapatnam (Rural) Mandal, Visakhapatnam and further direct the respondents to show alternative house sites before evicting the petitioners from the schedule land and to pass such other orders.
