This petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in posting the applicant at Primary Health Centre, Chapirevula from Primary Health Centre, Nannur vide proceedings in Rc.No.2661/E3/2015, dated 15-6-2016 issued by the District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool and not paying HRA applicable to the place where the applicant is working as wholly illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that the applicant is entitled to be posted at Primary Health Centre, Nannur with 20 percent H.R.A.
