The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India aggrieved by the non-disposal of the I.A No.12 of 2025 in Tr.O.P.No.7 of 2025 on the file of Principal District Court, Kurnool.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.0.P.N0.34 of 2024, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur, was sought to be transferred and that as no stay was granted by the District Judge, the trial Court is insisting to proceed with the enquiry and the matter stands posted to 10.07.2025, whereas the transfer petition was posted to 14.07.2025 for enquiry.

Therefore, he expressed difficulty to proceed with the enquiry in the divorce petition.

Considering the above circumstances, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Principal District Judge, Kurnool, to dispose of the transfer petition No.7 of 2025 on the next date of enquiry without any further adjournment if the petition IS ripe for enquiry, unless there is valid reason to adjourn the case. No costs.
