This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Heard Sykam Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not conducting investigation in Crime No.887 of 2021 on the file of Penamaluru Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 363 IPC 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Hon’ble VI Additional Judicial Magistrate, Vijayawada on 28.02.2025 vide CF No.1532/2025.
